Important Notice Regarding Eligibility to Take the Exam

(1) At least one year of experience in automobile non-life insurance or at least one year of experience in handling traffic accidents

(2) Those who have a regular driver's license

(3) Those who fall under any of the following categories are ineligible to take the exam:

　① If sentenced to imprisonment or more, until the sentence is completed or until the sentence is no longer subject to execution

　② Received disciplinary dismissal as an employee of Ube City Bus or Ube City and two years have passed since the date of such dismissal.

Working conditions

Appointment period	From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 *Depending on work performance, you may be reappointed up to two times.
Work place	Mainly Ube City Bus (203-90, Oaza Zenwa, Ube City) *Depending on the accident, Ube City Property Management Division (1-7-1 Tokiwacho, Ube City)
Working hours	8:30-17:15 (60 minutes break)
Services	Accident response, attending on-site investigations with police at the accident scene, investigating traffic accident circumstances, Preparing automobile accident reports, negotiating settlements with parties involved in traffic accidents, Negotiating insurance claims with insurance companies, handling insurance claims, and handling deposit payments. Educating employees on preventing traffic accidents and other tasks related to traffic accidents
Remuneration	① Traffic Accident Investigator (Ube City Bus) Monthly salary: 139,035 yen (equivalent to 3 days a week) ② Traffic accident investigator (Ube City)　　　Monthly fee: 97,520 yen(equivalent to 2 days a week) 　　　　　　　　　　　　　 Total monthly fee: 236,555 yen
Benefits	In accordance with salary-related ordinances, rules, etc., end-of-term diligence allowances, commuting expenses, etc. will be paid.
Days Off	In principle, Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays (12/29-1/3)
Holiday	Paid annual leave given according to term of employment special holidays
Duties	Each provision regarding service of the Local Public Service Law will be applied.
Conditional adoption	Pursuant to the provisions of Article 22 Paragraph 1 and Article 22-2 Paragraph 7 of the Local Public Service Act, all employment is conditional, and an employee will be officially employed as a fiscal year appointed employee once he or she has worked well for one month after employment.
