*The contents to be entered shall be the quantity, unit, unit price and amount corresponding to the construction name, etc., stated in the construction cost breakdown sheet of the design document. However, for the time being, contents up to Optional Form 2 and Level 2 (construction type for civil engineering construction, subject for maintenance construction) are also acceptable.
Invalid bids
1. A construction cost breakdown was not submitted at the time of bidding
2. If the construction cost breakdown submitted at the time of bidding has any of the following defects:
- The trade name, name, address and project name cannot be confirmed
・ The total of direct construction costs, common temporary facilities costs, site management costs and general management costs is the construction price and the bid document.

If you are successful in a rebid, you will not be required to submit a breakdown of the construction costs (excluding construction that is subject to the low bid price investigation system).
