Price

Fares and charges for chartered buses

Fares and charges are calculated by adding up the hourly fares and the kilometer-based fares based on the combined time/km fare system.
Fares and charges also change depending on when you use the bus (travel season April-June, September-November, off-season January-March).

Chartered bus fares/charges = (①fares + ②charges) + amount equivalent to consumption tax
②Fee = Alternate driver placement fee + Late night/early morning fee + Special vehicle surcharge

Other notes

  • Minimum driving time is 3 hours. Even if the actual travel time is 1 hour, it will be treated the same as the travel time of 3 hours.
In addition, hourly fares include a roll call inspection time of 1 hour before leaving and 1 hour after returning.
(Minimum travel time of 3 hours plus 2 hours of roll call inspection time will be charged as the minimum hourly fare for 5 hours.)
  • Fractions of running time are rounded down to the nearest 30 minutes. If it is longer than 30 minutes, then rounded up to 1 hour.
  • Fractions of mileage less than 10km will be rounded up to 10km.
  • Expenses other than transportation will be the actual expenses, and we ask the customer to bear them.Examples of actual expenses include toll road usage fees, parking fees, and crew accommodation fees, which may be required separately depending on the itinerary and requested details.
  • In addition to the hourly fare and kilometer fare, the following charges may be added depending on the situation.

  1. Alternate driver placement fee: If the 1 day mileage is 500km or more, or if the driving time is 9 hours or more in principle
  2. Late-night/early-morning operation fee: When driving or roll-call inspections occur between 22pm and 5am in the morning
