Reissue (lost)

About lost reissue

・ Only ICOCA with a commuter pass or Ube city discount ticket can be reissued.
・ Please contact the ICOCA handling counter (see below).
・ Upon request, we will arrange to suspend use of the card, and reissue a new card based on the commuter pass information and remaining balance on the card at the time the suspension is completed*.
*Ube City Bus will not be held responsible for any refunds or damages incurred by customers due to the use of SF before the suspension of use is completed.
・Cancellation is not possible after the reissue procedure.
・ The reissued card will be received within 14 days from the day following the request.
- Requests for reissuance of lost cards must be made by the cardholder himself/herself.(Only in the case of ICOCA for Children, a representative (public certificate that proves the relationship between the principal and the representative is required) can also complete the procedure.)

What you need to make a request and receive a reissued card

<Proposal>
・Official certificate (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.)

<Reissue (after the next day after request)>
・Reissue registration card (will be handed to you at the time of application)
・Official certificate (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.)
・Reissue fee (520 yen) and deposit (500 yen)
