About fault reissue
・If the card fails (cannot be read, damaged, etc.), it can be reissued.
・ Please contact the ICOCA handling counter (see below).
・Upon request, we will arrange to suspend the use of the damaged card, and reissue a new card based on the commuter pass information and remaining balance on the card at the time the suspension is completed.
・Cancellation is not possible after the reissue procedure.
・ The reissued card will be received the next day after the request.
