Eligible persons
Those who have either a physical disability certificate, intellectual disability rehabilitation certificate, or mental disability certificate.Or those who have a fare discount certificate issued by the director of various facilities as stipulated in the Child Welfare Law

caregiver
In the case of a Physically Disabled Person's Handbook Type 1, Rehabilitation Notebook A, or Mental Disability Health and Welfare Notebook Grade 1, the person and one caregiver accompanying the passenger are eligible.
Caregiver discounts are only available if the person and the boarding stop and getting off stop are the same. (Discounts will not be applied if the caregiver gets on or off the bus in the middle of the passenger's boarding section.)
