After refunding the bus ICOCA commuter pass at the Ube City Bus ICOCA counter, please refund the ICOCA commuter pass at JR West.

*Refund fees are required by Ube City Bus and railway companies.

*Refunds can be made from either Ube City Bus or JR West when only the commuter pass portion is refunded.

<Lost (disabled) reissuance>

If you have a bus ICOCA commuter pass and want to exchange it for another ICOCA card other than Ube City Bus, you will need to reissue the bus commuter pass, so please contact the Ube City Bus ICOCA counter.

You cannot use the bus ICOCA commuter pass by touching it to the IC card reader until it is reissued. (Only in the case of disability reissuance, you can board with the "bus ICOCA regular reissuance registration card and special boarding pass" issued at the time of the procedure, so please ask the crew.)

You cannot board the bus with only the ICOCA commuter pass content copy.

The bus ICOCA commuter pass copy may be requested by the driver for confirmation, so be sure to bring it with you when using the bus ICOCA commuter pass.

If you purchase an ICOCA for the disabled in advance, the discounted amount will be automatically debited on Ube City Bus routes.

In addition, if you pay with a discount with a notebook, please touch it when boarding and present your physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, or mental disability certificate to the crew when getting off.

After the crew operates the IC card reader, touch the IC card reader to get off.

ICOCA for persons with disabilities can be issued at the Ube City Bus ICOCA counter. (Please present one of the above notebooks at the time of the procedure.)

ICOCA may be damaged internally due to external pressure or other reasons.

Please do not bend the card.
